my stay was nice and exceeded my expectations. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. i appreciated the spacious room and comfortable beds during our christmas party.

However, the room conditions left much to be desired. The air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, which made the first night quite uncomfortable. One of the bathtubs had mold present, raising serious health concerns. I also found the bed linens in less than ideal condition, with visible stains that made me question their cleanliness. Additionally, the overall decor felt outdated, with obvious wear and tear throughout the room, further detracting from the experience. Trash left in public areas and a closed pool during peak summer days didn't help either, creating an overall sense of neglect.
